One of the best parts of the job comes every year when we sit down with Bill Hart from the Sazerac Company, which represents some of the best Bourbon brands in the world, and we taste and critically analyze barrel samples from a few of our favorite distillers. What follows is the purchase of single barrels of whiskey, which are specially labeled and sold only in our store.

  Several years ago we purchased a couple of different barrels from the Buffalo Trace Distillery, luckily for you we still have a little of this one left.  Old Charter is a unique Bourbon, with a higher than usual amount of corn in it's recipe, Old Charter is smooth and pleasantly sweet, with a viscous mouthfeel and a long, warm fininsh.   Check this one out and compare the differences between it and the other Single Barrel selection we offer.
